Gwenagen is an exclusive distributor for Narcotrend brain monitors (processes EEG) and other anaesthesia products. They work in partnership with UK and Irish sub-distributors, supplying the NHS and private hospitals.
The MD Gwen Merkelbach started the company with many years of experience in the field of patient warming (Bear Hugger) and anaesthesia. The business has evolved by going into partnership with other companies who have large sales teams.
Gwenagen provide not only products but also educational sessions to anaesthetists and theatre support staff. Their aim is to further develop the use of brain monitoring.
